We were thrown off our food schedule this week for a whole slew of reasons I won’t bore you with. It didn’t totally eff up my meal planning, but I’m certainly not earning any gold stars this week.

We were in Arizona the first half of the week and ate out a ton more than we normally do, so we’re heavy on the dining out front this week, but it’s fine. Amazing trip, though very glad to be back home and settling back into our daily routine.

We left for Arizona to visit my husbands parents on Thursday morning, so my meal planning was cut short. This was our first trip / flight since COVID, and our first attempt at travel with two kids instead of one. The baby also happens to be at a terrible age to fly with. Whenever they can start to move through roughly two years old, travel is… unpredictable. We should be OK, but pray for me?

Monday started off kind of rough; another snowstorm, daycare was cancelled, and we were snowed in — again. However, by Tuesday afternoon, when we were able to go about daily life, everyones spirits were on the up and up. Here’s how my meal planning went this week….
